Why
Elite Pools?
Since 1988 we have been designing
and constructing pools in the Houston area. Elite Pools was
started several years ago after working for over 10 years
for a large area pool company. We were not happy with the
level of knowledge, customer satisfaction and service provided
by that company and throughout the industry in general.
There was little to no communication
between the customers and the company once the sale was
made. The level of service promised before construction
began, and what was delivered was not as advertised.
We knew that there had to be
a better way, and thus Elite Pools was founded. We are not
the biggest pool company, but we are the best. We want to
remain small, build fewer pools, build them correctly, and
have fully satisfied customers. We are truly, “Building
our reputation one pool at a time.” That is why 85%
of our business is repeat or referral!
